SongPlanet Saves The Planet

Musicians Working For BioDiversity

The second annual SongPlanet Saves The Planet show benefiting Idea Wild takes place Friday May 15th at 7:30pm. Local musicians will once again grace the stage of Loveland’s Historic Rialto Theater in support of Bio-Diversity conservation.  The evening begins with a short presentation about Idea Wild. The entertainment includes the acoustic guitar work of Boulder singer/songwriter James Faulk, as well as the Hard Rock sound of Ft Collins based Autumn Burn.  The show culminates with a headline performance from Theater Rock band Prymal Rhythm who brings a unique element to their performances including multi-media and a taste of Rock Shows of yesterday.

A portion of the proceeds from the event go to Idea Wild, a local non-profit organization that empowers biologists all over the world who work towards conserving the precious bio-diversity of our planet. Idea Wild founder Wally Van Sickle says “we are pleased to have the support of local musicians and the community.”

SongPlanet.com, an internet radio station focused on independent music from all over the world fits right in with the global and yet local feel of the show, promoting local music with local sponsors for world wide benefit. SongPlanet.com DJ and Prymal Rhythm drummer Zjhok the Rock spearheaded this idea last year and the result was a great show for a great cause.

Show your support for your Mother earth by getting advanced tickets at $15 available online at www.PrymalRhythm.com or the Rialto Theater box office. Day of the show price is $17 so order early. “Hundreds enjoyed last years event and we are expecting a sell out this year” says coordinator Zjhok, “ we have a great lineup of music, and some cold beers from New Belgium Brewery to top it off.” For more information on Idea wild go to www.IdeaWild.org
